Integriti Investments was founded by Sonal Kotak, a gold medalist in MBA Finance and one of the top achievers in Citibank at her time. She started the company, a boutique Financial Consultancy firm in May of 2007. The company offers services in the area of Financial planning and Wealth management .

While the company is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, it offers services to clients across India and even other parts of the globe, outside India. In its tenth year of operations, the company has a full fledged team handling operations and services for clients. The company also offers online transactions for its clients through this website. Integriti Investments also has strategic partnerships with key research agencies in India and aboard and hence has access to proprietary research on Indian and global financial markets.

Integriti Investments was started by me a decade ago after I had completed close to 8 years in leading multinational banks like Citibank and HDFC Bank. As a founding team member of the Citibank Baroda branch, I helped set up the branch and worked as a Citigold Relationship Manager and Investment, handling Portfolio Management and Investments for High Networth Individuals, Trusts , Corporate Treasuries and Retail Small and Medium enterprises.At this time, the Assets Under my Management (AUM) were approx 112 Cr. across 300 clients.

With close to 2 decades of experience in Financial Markets and Wealth Management, I have deep knowledge and expertise in an array of financial products (fixed income, equities, alternate investments, structured products, etc). Over the years,I have also seen the markets go through various phases thus giving me considerable hands-on knowledge in providing appropriate solutions for various investment needs.
